Permits
To enter
any of the State Parks, a vehicle permit is required. Permits
are currently $25 per year or $7 per day and are available
for purchase at each park. Annual permits give everyone in
the vehicle unlimited access to all Minnesota State Parks.
MN seniors can camp Sunday through Thursday for half-price
in some sites. Activities within the park are generally free
of charge. Fishing requires a proper license and any applicable
stamps. Cross-country skiing requires a Minnesota Ski Pass. |
Camping
Campsites
vary from secluded backpack sites to kayak, tent and RV sites.
Cascade River and Gooseberry Falls State Parks have rustic group
camps available which offer tables, fire rings, toilets and a
water source. Tettegouche and Gooseberry Parks maintain heated
shower and restroom facilities for winter campers. Tettegouche
also has cabins rentals.
