Once nearly extinct, Minnesota now has the second largest gray (timber) wolf population in the United States. Join guests from the International Wolf Center for this unique opportunity to learn more about the lives of these fascinating animals and their role in the wild. This engaging and unbiased program will help better understand the complicated issues surrounding wolves. Subjects covered include wolf biology, behavior, predator/prey relationships, mythology and fear of wolves, challenges wildlife face and the importance of wildland habitat. Meet at Lady Slipper Lodge.
